ORBIT
Orbit single stage spray washers are available in two standard sizes: the Orbit 800 is the most popular size but the compact Orbit 600 fits onto a smaller footprint.
Top loading, these spray washers offer excellent cleaning results, with a motor driven rotating basket carrying the components under the highly effective spray jets. These machines are popular for use in manufacturing cells.

FORMULA 750
The Formula 750 automatic parts washer offers powerful component cleaning with economical use of space, labour and capital firmly at the top of the priority list.
Simply load your parts onto the rotating table, set the timer and let the machine do the rest. Return in a few minutes' time to find your parts clean, flash dried and ready for use.

The Formula 950 rotary drum washer is designed for aqueous cleaning and drying of small parts either in batches or in-line with production conveyors.
Components are first carried through immersion and power jet washes at constant speed via an Archimedes screw. After draining, they are dried by hot turbo-blown air, emerging down the exit chute clean, dry and ready for use.

Cold forged parts
Machined parts
This machine can also be used as a coating machine for small components.
